SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

As of January 1, 2025

Shipping:

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding any days that the Post Office is closed). Most orders ship within 1-2 business days.

Packages are sent via USPS with limited insurance.

Your tracking number will be emailed shortly after package is left at the Post Office. 

Please understand that I have no control over the increasing postal fees, I do my best to shop around for the best possible pricing. 

USA Shipping - Any postage fees associated with returned packages due to incorrect shipping address errors will be held and not refunded. ​

International - MB Ranch Mercantile is currently able to ship to Canada, postage fees are quite higher so please be prepared and double check your address and order. Shipping policies under USA Shipping also apply to Canada. If you are looking to ship to another country, feel free to reach out about what we might be able to come up with. 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns:

There is a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Accepted returns will be allowed to exchange or receive store credit. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact me at mbranchmercantile@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

MB Ranch Mercantile is NOT responsible for postage fees on returned items.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds: 
Once an item has been returned and accepted, you will receive store credit for the amount of the item at the time of purchase.
